Access requires authentication, connections are encrypted in transit, and role-based permissions control what each user can see and do. Optional two-factor authentication adds an extra layer for user sign-in.
Your day-to-day data is available to users you invite into your account. Our team does not use your project documents for routine operations. If you need support, access is limited to what is necessary to resolve your request.

Most teams configure workflows, roles, and lookup lists to match how they already operate — companies, projects, approval paths, and document types. Existing users can be invited in phases: core project staff first, then extended approvers and vendors as workflows are validated.
Only people you invite. Each user belongs to an account (your organization) and receives permissions through roles — for example, document managers, approvers, admins, and vendors. Users can belong to multiple accounts if they work across organizations.
Yes. SynergiaFlow supports role-based permissions at the account level. Admins decide who can create documents, approve workflow steps, run reports, manage configuration, and access admin tools. Permissions can be adjusted as your team grows.
Vendors receive workflow steps in a dedicated vendor inbox — they see the documents and actions assigned to them without needing the full internal navigation your project team uses. They approve, respond, or upload what their step requires, and progress is tracked the same as any internal approver.
Yes. Each vendor user is invited to your account with vendor-appropriate access — enough to complete their workflow steps, not your full project management toolkit. This keeps external collaborators in the loop while maintaining a clear audit trail of who did what.
SynergiaFlow supports insurance documents, performance bonds, and bank guarantees — each with its own workflow path. They sit alongside commitments, change orders, and purchase service requests so procurement and compliance stay in one system.
Yes. The document change log records field-level edits with who made them and when. Permission and configuration change logs track account setup changes. Workflow steps, signatures, and email notifications are all traceable for audit purposes.
